The Downingtown East Cougars hosted the West Chester East Vikings for an early season boys basketball matchup that didn't disappoint. The Cougars maintained a lead for most of the game but the Vikings never let up, nearly mounting a comeback in the final seconds. Downingtown East held on to win 63-60.
