This Shipping Policy explains how physical products are processed, delivered, and handled after purchase.


1. Digital Products

Digital images and galleries are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Customers will receive access through the email address provided during purchase or registration.

Delivery timing for digital galleries varies depending on the type of photography service:

  • Action photography galleries are typically delivered within the timeframe communicated for the event.
  • Photo day and team galleries are typically delivered after image processing and preparation are complete.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak sports seasons, large tournaments, or high-volume events.


2. Physical Product Delivery

Physical products, including prints and specialty items, are custom-produced using customer-selected images.

Most physical orders are delivered through the associated organization, team, or event coordinator for distribution.

When organization delivery is used:

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining their order from the designated delivery location.
  • Markayzee will communicate delivery details when available.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on production schedules and event volume.


3. Direct Shipping

When direct shipping is available and selected during checkout:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided during purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

Markayzee Sports Photography is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Events outside our control


4. Production & Processing Times

Physical products are custom-made after an order is submitted.

Typical processing timelines vary based on:

  • Product type
  • Print production schedules
  • Seasonal demand
  • Event size

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

During busy sports seasons, tournaments, and school photo periods, production times may be longer.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care to ensure products are properly produced and delivered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Different from what was ordered

Please include:

  • Customer name
  • Order information
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged products when applicable

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected product.


6. Lost or Undeliverable Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, Markayzee Sports Photography is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdirected by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
