I have more than one athlete on the team, does that change anything?
Every athlete receives a unique personal gallery, even siblings.
If you have more than one athlete, a pre-pay must be completed for each separately.
We can't make the date, what options are available?
We're sorry to miss you!
Makeup shoots are available in limited capacity but are not guaranteed and dependent on scheduling availability.
If you can't make the scheduled date, please contact us asap.
Do I need to pre-pay?
No, every athlete is photographed in the Photo Day setup and will receive a gallery for review.
Parents that take advantage of pre-pay receive additional discounts and/or incentives.
When will I receive my athlete's photos?
Look for an email invite to access your athlete's gallery 3-5 days after Photo Day.
All orders are shipped to the Boosters for distribution or directly to you depending when the order is placed.
I used pre-pay, do I need to do anything else?
First, thank you for choosing to pre-pay!
By selecting pre-pay, you accessed discounted pricing + received free shipping automatically.
Is every photo edited?
All galleries are "proof versions," with minimal editing added.
All orders receive basic retouching to remove large blemishes, visible dirt or smudges, and other similar issues.
We are unable to accommodate specific retouching requests per athlete.
How long do I have to complete my purchases?
Galleries are available for three weeks after the first email invites are sent.
How will I receive my order?
All print orders are delivered to the team Boosters for distribution.
If you missed the original order window, your order will be shipped directly to you for a small fee.
What is the return / refund policy?
Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
