Every athlete is photographed in our portable studio for Photo Day.
12:45 - 1:15pm
Team + group photos, including Varsity, JV, coaches, captains, etc.
1:15 - 3:30pm

Pre-registration credit is provided as a digital gift card via email when your athlete's gallery is delivered and can be used for purchases in the gallery store only. Gift card value includes your pre-registration payment + incentive credit, for a total of $47. Sales tax applied on all gallery store purchases. One pre-registration required per athlete.

I have more than one athlete on the team, does that change anything?
Every athlete receives a unique personal gallery, even siblings.
If you have more than one athlete, a registration must be completed for each separately.
We can't make the date, what options are available?
We're sorry to miss you!
Makeup shoots are available in limited capacity but are not guaranteed and dependent on scheduling availability.
If you can't make the scheduled date, please contact us asap.
Do I need to pre-register?
No, every athlete is photographed in the Photo Day setup and will receive a gallery for review.
Parents that take advantage of pre-registration receive additional credit for the print store.
When will I receive my athlete's photos?
Personal galleries are shared via email 10-15 days after the photo shoot.
Print orders are typically completed within 10 days after ordering.
How do I use the pre-registration credit?
First, thank you for pre-registering!
You'll receive a gift card for the full amount included with your pre-registration, $47, via email when your athlete's gallery is delivered.
Is every photo edited?
Yes, every photo receives basic retouching to remove large blemishes, visible dirt or smudges, and other similar issues.
We are unable to accommodate specific retouching requests per athlete.
How long do I have to complete my purchases?
Galleries are available for 3 weeks after the email invites are sent.
How will I receive my order?
All print orders are delivered to the Downingtown West Girls Soccer boosters for distribution.
What is the return / refund policy?
Because all products are custom-made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
